First things first, my setup: this computer is only 4 months old fresh build
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock 990FX Extreme9
CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.70 GHz (5.0GHz Turbo)
POWERSUPPLY: 850 Watts - Corsair CSM Series CS850M
Video: Nvidia GTX 980 and EVGA GTX 980 in SLI
So, I started having problems with freezing during gaming, (world of tanks and ESO). My first thought was temps were getting too high (80c on Nvidia card). So I downloaded EVGA Precision X 16 to use the manual fan control. The first few days of using this was great with no problems. Then I started losing signal about 15 minutes after turning on the manual fan control...every time. Next step I decided the problem might be compatibility with Precision X. Downloaded afterburner, turned on manual fan control, then same signal loss in the same amount of time.
As a side note I have disabled the C6 mode in my bios because a lot of rumors were going around in forums that C6 was causing problems with the 9590.
All drivers are up to date.
I've searched through hundreds of threads and haven't found anything similar to this problem. If someone has any idea I would really appreciate the answer.
