Soo i recently wanted to upgrade my graphics card and bout a Geforce gt 610 with 2gigs of vram at best buy. I searched online and saw that it worked with my inpirion 660s pentium with 4gigs or ram. I installed all of the drivers however upon restarting my comp it froze on the window screen. And after countless tries to troubleshoot and what not i found out the graphics driver was the problem. after that was uninstalled i could turn on my computer normally (with the exception that is was in low res mode) My Question is: what do i do from here? I looked all over online for a graphics driver for my card and couldn't find anything. Any help would be gladly appriciated Thanks in advance

you have a DOA (dead on arrival) graphics card i would call the manufacturer evga, asus, msi, gigabyte ect and tell the you bought a DOA card they should send a replacement or refund it you can also contact best buy and if that dose not work call nvidia hope this helps :bounce:
