Is Rs.15000 15000 INR, that is, 15,000 Indian Rupees?
At current exchange rates, that's about $233 USD.

Right now the most modern card you will want is the GTX 960. It is the newest middle end card on the block and costs about $200 USD (Rs.12833) and a good one will still cost just under Rs.15000.

You might also consider a Radeon R9 280X, which performs better than GTX 960 and only costs about $210 USD (Rs.13475). But the R9 280X uses a massive amount of power. You must have a 700-watt power supply, minimum, to suppoort R9 280X. R9 280X is older than GTX 960 but R9 280X is a stronger card, it will still run modern games and it will run these modern games better than GTX 960.

What parts are/will be in the rest of your computer?

Unfortunately, here, the actual rates are lot more than that. gtx 960 costs about 300$. R9 280x costs about 350$. :(

Just checked the Indian site for Newegg, with prices in Indian Rupees. They're pretty close to their American counterparts.

yeah, but those are internationally shipped. Hence, no warranty and high shipping charges.

This is the best you can get at 15000.

But make sure you have at least a 500W PSU.

750 ti is newer and consumes less power. But technically speaking, the 660 will perform better in pure gaming because of the fact that the GTX 660 has a 192 bit memory interface, while the GTX 750 has 128 bit.
