Asus gtx 650 ti boost 2Gb low fps in every games after updating drivers

i m facing problem of low fps in every games After updating my graphic driver .....
all games run smoothly till driver version 340.52 but after that all drivers causes the problrm of low fps ...
in battelfield 3 = 17 fps (before 60+ on high)
far cry 3 = 12-20 fps (before 55+)
far cry 4 = 8-12 fps (old drivers 50+)
i have this issue in my old pc but after building my new pc ,the problem is still there plz help...
my pc specs are:
Amd fx-6300 3.5Ghz(stock)
Gigabyte Ga-970a-ds3p
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb(2x4Gb) 1600Mhz ram
Samsung 850 evo 120Gb ssd
Wd blue 1Tb hdd
550Watt Corsair vs550 psu

but new games like far cry 4 has tree flickering issue in old drivers which is fixed in new driver also AC unity has glitches in old drivers so....new drivers are necessary......

Please don't tell someone to google their problem there would be no point on the forums then
but from what i read it seems nvidia is nerfing older gpus when they push out updates fr games i dont know if this is true but it is something that could be
