unfortunately you're gonna have to spend a bit more for a decent system to stream and play at the same time the guy above choose a motherboard not compatible with the case and choose i choose a better gpu for a cheaper price Note this is the lowest you can go for a system to stream good and play a i3 wont cut it and buying a fx wont have as good performance in gaming as the i5

Not really, they are actually pretty even. The R9 280 narrowly beats the GTX 960, I think.
