Hello,
I've been having a problem lately, I currently have a dedicated server hosted over in the EU. It is being used to host Minecraft and Teamspeak servers. The problem I'm having is that I cannot port forward on it. I've tried using the "Default Gateway" to access the network settings. That doesn't work though. I can't figure out how to port forward on it. If anyone would know how I would go about adding a few TCP and UDP protocols please tell me.

Here is the dedicated servers ipconfig /all response if that helps.

to start i don't know too much about this but assuming that this server isn't on the same network u probably need to use some application and a port to connect to it and make changes as just writing that default gateway will be searching through ur network to connect to it rather than the location of the server

if that makes sense

Edit if another company is hosting the server maybe contact them for details or ask them to change settings

I am connected to the Dedicated Server that is running windows through Remote Desktop Connection. So when I type in the IP it is through their DNS.

okay im back sorry, first things first u want to play minecraft/teamspeak so if u was only running 1 at a time u would only need to open 1 port otherwise u need to open 2, now if u go into ur firewall settings advanced go to inbound rules>create new rule (right side of screen menu) > port > udp or tcp and port number > allow connection > tick all 3
do that twice 1 for udp and 1 for tcp that will open the port on that computer when the server is run
then u need to access that computers router and open the port on the router that, that computer is connected to

also make sure the application/server program firewalls are open for public and private

hope this makes sense/helps
if u have faith in me and have any question feel free to ask
