What type of RAM do I get?

Hey how's it going. I'm pretty sure I'm doing this right, but I just want to ask to be 100%.

The board in the PC is a 760GM-E51.
The Memory info says
4x 240 Pin Slots
DDR3 800/1066/1333
Dual Channel.

Would I be okay using this memory in my PC?

Should I not get 1333?
If not, please recommend me the correct RAM.

What CPU? That will be the determining factor, if you have a Sempron or a Athlon II X 2, chances are good it can't even run 1333

Also, unless they have had a BIOS update the mobo doesn't support 1600 sticks (at least at 1600)

Normally motherboard will automatically lower the ram speed to the one that supported by the CPU. And that motherboard supports DDR3 1600: http://www.msi.com/file/test_report/TR10_1926.pdf

AS mentioned, the 1600 was added after a BIOS update, as were some of the CPUs. The 965 was the first that could reliably run 1600 sticks. So primarily it depends on the CPU as to what it's MC can handle. Doesn't make a lot of sense to buy something you can't run at full potential

when its cheaper than a slower option, yes it makes sense, plus it can always put the ram working at lower latency, when the ram is working at a speed lower than normal.
