MY CURRENT BUILD
CPU-i5 3570K
GPU-Zotac GTX 660
MOBO-GIGABYTE B75-D3H
RAM-Corsair Vengeance 4GB + Kingston Hyper-x Fury 4GB
PSU-Corsair VS 450
I was planning to buy a new pc so that i could play the new games on ultra settings,so should i wait till the DDR4 becomes more common and less expensive and the broadwell cpus or simply buy a new GPU like gtx 970 or something.
I also want to know that whether my cpu is good enough to play the new games if I bought a new card and it will not bottleneck the performance.

It would be better for you to buy a new GPU at this time. DDR4 is still not perfect. I would strongly suggest for DDR4 to get more refined and more boards are available for it. Also new Intel processors are designed to use DDR4 to its full capacity. So better wait for price drops and wait till it becomes more usable.

For now, I would suggest a GPU Upgrade to GTX 970 or 980. GTX 980Ti is there but I would say not now.

Upgrade your gpu and psu now since your cpu is more than enough for most games. Then wait. broadwell is slower than haswell (but has a good igpu) so I would skip it and it is very limited in choices.

Skylake should come out by the end of the year, but performance increase is small (once again) according to preliminary benchmarks. Best bet is to wait until next year to see if anything interesting comes along.

Im from india and here the choices i have for psu are very less
i have to choose between corsair, Cooler Master or Seasonic. I was planning to buy Corsair CS650 as my current psu is already half dead.Is CS 650 a good choice?? Seasonic M12II is also available. My budget is 7500 INR approx 120 usd
