I bought a Western Digital Red 3TB hardrive and when i put it into my computer it registers as WD (Then some code) i put this into google and it comes up with my Hard drive so i know it is not broken but when i check my moba's sata connection in bios it only shows my 1TB hard drive and when i try and launch i get stuck at the windows 7 loading screen, i have even tried to priotize my main HDD to load first.
Any ideas?
Side note- i can't even see it in disk management either.

I'd suggest you to try the drive on another computer or using a dock station/SATA-to-USB cable to try to detect it externally, in order to be able to test it.
