I just recently installed two Nvidia Geforce 970's running in SLI. I never had this reboot issue before that, leads me to think it might be a power supply issue. I have a EVGA 750W G2. I want to be sure before spending the money.

This random reboot happens without warning, and I have no error messages at all. Sometimes it happen when I'm just browing the web, or when I'm gaming, or on 3D creative software. Sometimes when I just booted up and it's been on for a few mintues, and when it's been on for hours. I did a registry scan and Spybot picked up something but it was repaired and the reboot problem persists.

Here is details on my setup.

● Intel Core i7-2600K Processor overclocked @ 4.5GHz - CPU-Z Validation
● Water Cooling Loop
● XSPC Raystorm CPU Waterblock
● X20 750 V4 Bayres/Pump
● AX240 Dual 240mm Radiator
● 7/16" x 5/8" Tubing
● G 1/4" to 1/2" Black Chrome Barb Clamps
● (2) Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 SLI 4GB
● Sharp AQUOS 43" LED 2160p 4K LC-43UB30U
● G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB 240-Pin DDR3 Memory
● ASUS P8P67 EVO (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel Motherboard
● EVGA SuperNOVA 750 Watt 80+ Gold Modular ATX 12V Power Supply
● NZXT Phantom 001 Full Tower Case
● Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit Operating System
● San Disk 256GB SSD 6GB/s OS Drive
● WD 600GB HDD Data Drive

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Tried that, nothing came up after the command prompt flashed.

I copied the events from the event track as detailed text to a word document. There are a lot of errors and warnings but I copied a few around the critical error right before the random reboot.

Here is a link to the file. If anyone can translate it would be so helpful.
