I want to know if my PSU has enough power to run an R7 250. My apu has a maximum wattage of 250w.
I have 3 medium sized fans
A 2tb hard drive with a random spread speed of 7mb and a battery powered wireless mouse and keyboard.
And I have a 3.7Ghz Amd Hd8670D apu with is cross firing with my current R7240
Does my PSU have enough power and will it crossfire with my apu?

The r7 250x requires 95w alone, and you must make sure that your power supply has a wattage higher than your pc's maximum wattage, so if your apu has 250w and the r7 250x has 95w and the other components take 100w, then you'll need a 450w PSU. You can calculate your pc wattage at PowerSupplyCalculator.net

I already calculated and it said 234wwould be fine but it says that gpu has a min PSU wattage needed.
Also will it crossfire with my apu. I don't get crashes or shutdowns, even when I overclock my r7240 to play Skyrim on ultra settings.

I made a mistake, I have a300w PSU but I don't think that will make a difference, do recomend any amd card that is more powerfull than an R7 240 and can crossfire with my apu (I'm gonna get a new PSU anyways). My budget is 150$ and it is not NEEDED to crossfire with my apu but that would be a nice bonus

If you have a "real" 300W PSU and you have a budget of ~$150, the GTX 750 Ti was made for you. Most do not require a 6 pin cable, but occasionally you will find one that does. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&N=100007709%20600487565
Until you actually have a new bigger PSU, that is the max you can run.

As far as a card to run in Dual Graphics Mode with your APU, that will depend on which APU you have. But, your HD-8670D will pair up with the HD-6570 and HD-6670 discrete cards. Both in the same class (or lower) as the R7-240.

But I would recommend going with the GFTX 750 Ti over dual graphics. You'll have better game play.

Nothing that comes even close to the low power demand of the new Nvidia Maxwell-equipped GTX 750/750 Ti and the GTX 900 series. AMD is a step behind at the moment. But I suspect that to change soon.

Do I nEed a6 pin or another PCI-e slot to run it?? I only have 1 PCI-E and think I have anymore 6pins

Like I said, most require no 6 pin. The GTX 750 Ti gets all its power from the PCIe X16 bus. If your PSU is a 300W, I doubt it has any 6 pin connectors. One at the most, and I've never seen any 300W PSUs with even one.

Maybe you better tell me the make/model of your PC. Some older HPs have had issues recognizing the new UEFI BIOS of the new cards.

Pics have to be on a server. Upload your pic to a server like this: http://imgur.com/
Then copy and paste one of the options they give you into your post. I usually choose BBC Code.

You don't need to limit yourself to a single slot card. A dual slot card will work.

As long as you can post pics now, how about a nice clear shot of the PSU nameplate?

Btw, is that pic upside down or did HP build it that way?

The pic is not upside down,hp made it that way, also how will I fit a dual slot card without cutting up my case a bit (I'm fine with having to cut my case but what tool should I use to do it, I don't think an axe or saw will make a clean cut)

A 2 slot wide card will simply require you to remove the next expansion slot cover. Since your case is "backwards" you may not realize the card will extend "upwards" in the picture, not downwards.
