I'm looking for a build that I can buy (Just the parts with fans) that can run any game at 1080p with 60 FPS on low to medium settings. I have a budget of $830, and PCPartPicker preferred! :)

Solution
This will run most games at 60 fps @1080p on high-ultra.

This is just my personal opinion... but having someone else select parts for you kind of takes the fun out of building your own system. Also, you didn't specify whether you needed to include a copy of Windows with your budget or not... or whether you preferred AMD or NVidia GPUs.
