Do I just install the waterblock and plug in or I need to do something more?
Because I saw people use tubes,... and where do I put the water, what are the things that I need to buy?

Solution

Well, it is recommended every 6-7 months to do a complete drain out and refill as the liquid gunk up a lot.. To my honest opinion it's only worth it if you get your components for free like the reviewers.. What ever goes wrong or costs a lot, they get it for free from the companies they get sponsored from.. When you put the waterblock you have to pass liquid in the waterblock.. Those tubes do that which you see and they all start from a pump which pumps the water through the tubes into the heating source (CPU, GPU) then the heated water goes through a radiator , comes back cool then pumped again...

However, if you see the reservoir water level dropping, the water did not turn into steam, it actually leaked and you have to figure out exactly where before it drips on something and shorts it out.. It's a risky game tbh.. :)
