mobo has no cpu connector

so i installed everything and noticed i had cpu cables and looked around on the board to find no cpu connector. The motherboard is the asus maximus vii impact and its an itx board

Are talking about a 4 or 8 pin connector? Look on your MB and you should see where it plugs into the MB.

It's the 8 pin right next to the ATX 24 pin connector.

It should say on the MB too. Saberus, has the correct location.

ok so i pluged everything in just like the instructions said and i went to turn it on and it would not start. Plz help or im in big trouble.

yes everything is installed and i get no beeps i feel im screwed spending 4 hours building and 1000 dollars into a project. I dont want to tell my parents im super scared
