Is the cooler master hyper 212 evo good for the i7 4790k?

i am not planning to oc my 4790k but wanted something that would make it run cooler.
how many degrees celcius would the cooler master hyper 212 evo reduce the temps?

The EVO 212 is one of the better low budget CPU coolers, and would be an improvement over the stock heat sink for sure.

Lapping my EVO 212 was worth 5 degrees over the mounted as it comes from CoolerMaster. Keeps my 4690K cool even when over clocked.
