so the First Question is currently I have a R9 290, and I'm wondering should I upgrade to two 290s, or sell the 290 and get the money upgrade to one 980? I see the reviews for the two 290 and 980, overall two 290 have better performance. But 980 is a great single card to use and lot lower power require, so what should I chose?

Im using:
4790k
16G ram
850w power supply

and second question is even if i do upgrade the graphic card to 980 should I upgrade to
MSI GTX 980 or EVGA GTX 980 Superclocked blower

as you already have one 290, get another, a single 290 is often not much worse than a single 980, so even in non crossfire capable games you will still get good FPS. power is a drawback, so if you cannot power them and do not which to buy a new PSU, then get the 980. also there are 290s that are very cheap now.

Then how much more performance I can get out of 290x & 290 crossfire than a single 980?

I would say about 1.4 times better. a single R9 290X is almost as good as a 980 in most games. the real perk is that you can get another 290X for $280 which is about half of a 980. in some games though it could be as low as 1 but those would be nvidia favoring games.

That mixed 290 setup will come in just under the level of the 295x2.
