One is lower quality than the other. The CX uses slightly higher quality components compared to the VS.
Overall, I dont recommend purchasing either as they both use cheap capacitors, which results in a cheap unit.

as noted above, the VS is junk and i would not trust it. the CX is not great either but its still better than the VS and is passable if you can afford nothing better.

ideally you would get a seasonic or xfx branded unit and you should be able to find one for a reasonable cost. rosewill capstone (made by superflower), evga g2 (superflower), antec highcurrentgamer, and corair's ax/hx series are acceptable as well.
