Sorry, I am very new to building PCs but have finally decided to take on the challenge, I believe that the hardest part is actually finding parts. I want to base my build off of an Intel i7 4790k processor, as I already have one in my possession but cannot decide on any other parts. What are, in your opinion, the best parts I can get for under $850 (excluding the processor)? I need this computer to handle intense gaming, video editing (3D rendering, cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere, as well as Revit, Solidworks, Inventor, and other such programs).
Thank you so much for your input!

Hmm... I think you need to allocate more for the GPU. You'll want a workstation GPU, since there's acceleration for Ae, Pre, and additional features for SolidWorks.

No, I have a Razer keyboard and mouse left over from a previous stock PC. It's a long story but my relative's architecture firm had an unused i7 4790k and it was given to me. I know, it's kind of a weird circumstance.

Yes, you are right, I should go with a higher end and more capable GPU. Thank you very much for your knowledgable answer. I greatly appreciate it.
