Hi there! I would like to have an advise on which GPU match with my current system.
Note: My budget is REALLY low and depends only on Amazon stuff (Im from venezuela, everything that has to be with dollars is hard-to-impossible to archieve) and its of 130-140$ up to 150$ but I would have to pay the shipment off from that amount.

My current system is:

Mobo: G41M-VS2
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33GHz (not going to OC it even if I could)
GPU: EVGA 9800 512mb
PSU: 600w one (not corsair or anything good, but so far have done a fine job with my power-hungry 9800 and all the coolers I have in my case)
Ram: 4Gb DDR2

So far I have done a bit of researching and there are 2 options: GTX 750 TI (new) from Amazon which is for like 130$ if I remember well and GTX 650 Ti Boost 1Gb or 2Gb that I could see (Used) for arround 90-130$ also.

Another question: Can I use radeon GPUs with my setup? or is it advised for me to stick with nvidia?

Solution
Definitely get the 750ti over the 650 ti.

Of course, you are not limited to a nvidia gpu. You can also get a radeon gpu.The r7 260x can also be had for a much cheaper price and performs similarly to the 750ti. If the budget allows, you can also step up to a r9 270.

Your psu should not be a problem for any of these.

I will see at these two. Is there any benefit from using intel cpu + nvidia gpu or nothing at all? I have always used intel and nvidia, so I know nothing about adm or radeon at all.
