I have a Sony Blue-Ray Disc player (BDP S1100/BX110), and under Internet Settings, it is stuck on Wired. The remote will not allow me to scroll up to change it to Wireless. I have a wireless router, so it will not let me connect to the web, and this machine has Netflix built into it, so it's very frustrating that I can only play DVDs.
I have already attempted to Restore to Factory Settings, and it has not resolved the issue.
