GTX 660 reference card on a 400w psu

hey guys. just want to ask if the gtx 660 reference card run on my current set up?

CPU : g3258
MoBo : gigabyte b85m-d3h
HDD : WD 500gb caviar blue
Ram : 2x4gb ripjaws x
PSU : zalman 400-le 400w

no ODD and other peripherals.

Will be plenty. I have a similar setup with a much more powerhungry overclocked CPU and the 660 is also overclocked. It draws 355W max. when running Prime95 and Furmark at the same time. 12V rail is strong enough too.
