Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Computer, I have noticed while installing drivers that I have 4,00 GB Ram installed, but only 2.93 GB Ram is usable. I've checked/tried everything, even BIOS (Dedicated memory 32MB was checked there). Nothing helped.

My Computer Specs:

Windows 8.1 64-bit (6.3, build 9600) (Clean install of Windows)
Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology.
Bios: BIOS Date: 03/11/14 16:14:45 Ver: 04.06.05
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3240 @ 3.10Ghz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 4096 RAM DDR3 (One card)
Page file: 1958MB used, 2640MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

The same problem is with DirectX 11, it was supposed to be DirectX 11.1/2, but since I made a clean install I can't find the right Intel HD Graphics and Intel Graphics Drivers. Maybe someone could help me with this problem?
I've posted some screenshots:

The interesting part is when I actually checked the BIOS it showed me 32 MB was Dedicated, but as you can see it says that Dedicated is 128 MB. Please help me solve these problems (DirectX, Intel HD Graphics and Intel Graphics Drivers and the Memory (Ram).

Solution
The iGPU is taking that 'missing' DRAM, so it's not missing :) Run Windows update, it will load the Graphics driver and should update DX if all supports it

Open msconfig, navigate to the "Boot" Tab, select "Advanced options", then make sure that "Maximum Memory" is unchecked.

Also, the motherboard will use a portion of your ram for video memory if you do not have a dedicated GPU.

But my motherboard hasn't used ram before.

I also did as you told me, but nothing has changed, restarted my PC still same 2.93 GB Ram.

I checked you as Solved by an accident, but the driver problem was solved, but the dedicated memory wasn't.. :(
