Need suggestions for a GPU Upgrade

Current Setup:

Motherboard: GA-880GM-USB3
HDD: 1x Segate 500GB and 1x Segate 1TB
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T ~ 3.3GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
PSU: Corsair VS450 (450 Watt)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7750

Looking for a GPU upgrade to play the latest games such as Witcher 3 on 60 FPS at least.

Budget: $300 - $350 (INR 20k to 25k)

Either would work.
More concerned about performance for the money spent rather than the brand.
High with 60 FPS

Go with a GTX 970, you'll probably get right around 60FPS on high. I actually have 2 970's I think I got 60 FPS on high with just one. I can't remember and I'm at work right now can't test it. You'll also need at least a 600w PS for the 970. (NVIDIA website says 500w) I would go with 600w 750w+ if you want 2 970's eventually.

Any suggestions other than a GTX 970 since its like INR 10K over the budget not including the cost of a new PSU ?

Could go with a AMD R9 290x, wont be able to do High @ 60 FPS though and you'll need a 650w Power Supply as well.

If you give me your budget range I might be able to help you better.

Went through some graphic cards available here locally and GTX 960's seem to fit my budget.

Any idea how much FPS it can get me on latest games like The Witcher 3 ?

Edit: And would my PSU (450W) be able to handle a GTX 960 ?
