no it isnt very good one bit the parts are quite old and will perform quite bad. what is this pc gonna be used for and budget?

They are not that old, but they are quite low end/slow. PSU is poor quality as well.

That is the Kabini Athlon. It isn't that old. It is a very low end APU.
