Hello guys,
I recently started having problems with YouTube in Firefox and Chrome. It will play the ad perfectly well then it will load a second or two of the actual video and then i get the buffering circle (or whatever its called), and it will just never play. But if i open up the same video in Internet Explorer it will play perfectly well. I have disabled all of the extensions in both browsers but to no luck. This computer is also less than a month old (built by myself) and everything else works fine, its just YouTube. I have reinstalled both browsers countless of times, reinstalled internet drivers (plugged in using ethernet), I have switched cabels, given the browsers access to all of the ram as cache to see if that was the problem, but no. Any other video streaming service works perfectly fine. I have at 50+ Mb download speed so that is not the problem either. I have no idea as to what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Computer Specs (in case)
Fx-6350 Black Edition (overclocked to 4.4Ghz)
Gigabyte GTX 960 2GB
MSI 970A SLI KRAIT EDITION motherboard
8 Gb of corsair Vengance ram.
120 Gb crucial ssd as boot drive
1TB WD Blue
Corsair CX600M PSU

just reinstall flash-player from this website: http://filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/tech/
if this does not work download an older version like v17 not 18.

Im now utterly confused. I decided to reinstall chrome once more but this time I didn't sign into my youtube account, and what do you know, works flawlessly until I sign in again where it is back to normal and not loading.
I can be signed into my google account and sync stuff and youtube plays flawlessly but as fast as I sign in to youtube it just stops working.

I tried opera same problem as chrome and firefox. I don't think that it is the operating system but instead an app causing the problem.

I booted the computer up in safe mode and tried youtube, worked flawlessly. I now know that it is either an app or some external device that is causing the problem

Ok so i fixed it by disconnecting all of the things connected to the rear io on the motherboard and plugged them back in one by one, and when they were all plugged in again it just started working.
