Gaming PC under 30-35000 Indian rupees

Title says it all, Apart from Monitor Keyboard and Mouse.
And do not suggest Graphic card. I'll come to that later.
All i need is Mobo, CPU, PSU, Cabinet, Ram, Cooler (if needed). HDD i do have external drives so just 1 TB will do fine. Must at least manage games till next year end.

Rams need tweaking *(increase, Mhz) to increase FPS in games, after buying better CPU cooler CPU can be OC.
PSU can handle good single GPU.

Okay, Now which one is gonna stay long? AMD or Intel. Does no. of cores matter. Some technical explanation might be helpful to decide between those two.
And 1X8 GB or 2X4GB RAM. do we get 4 slots for any mother boards cause i think 2X4 GB might be the best option now and later upgrading it.

turbopiki Intel bulid have better CPU but iGPU is much weaker, without additional GPU will have problems with games.
Mobo support i7.

My AMD bulid have a bit weaker CPU but stronger iGPU, and can handle games better. AMD Can by Overclock on this Mobo, no better CPU on this Mobo.

Any way starts from Windows 10 and Dx 12 (only games that will have DX12) even weaker CPU will handle High end GPU. And iGPU will give you boost to games even if you will have good GPU.

Can you give me Intel setup with future proof MOBO or is turpobiki's set up is fine? Cause i'll be getting an additional GPU so not much to care about there. And any idea about i5 4690k?

on the motherboard i picked you can place any 1150 socket CPU. SO there are some better CPUs you will be able to upgrade in the future.
But if you dont need PC right away i would way for SKYLAKE launch ( 15 August 2015) with new socket 1151 . So if you wait for skylake than you will be able to buy something more "future proof"

what do you think the price of skylake ....??? in INDIA skylake will be the price of OP''s budget ...!!! he want a gaming PC around Rs35000 , i don't know , after launch of skylake the prices of these processors went down but still .......!!! In INDIA everything is expensive ..>!!
