Keep the FX 6300 . It will game online far better than the intel dual core which will choke in multiplayer scenarios
Overclocked to 4.2 Ghz you can expect identical fps with that set up as you would with an intel i5 .

Power supplies must be 80+ bronze or better

The motherboard you have chosen is excellent but for the same money there are better choices .
The asrock 970 performance is the strongest of them and has the best range of connectors and options for any 970 chipset board .

I would tend to use GSkill RAM rather than Kingston .

Use pcpartpicker to make your part selections
Change FX-6300 for i3 4170, you will ne to switch motherboard if you change fx-6300 for i3 4170, get something with chipset H97->B85->H81

And also i would search for other PSU. Dont get me wrong you picked great PSU but i think you will be able to find something cheaper in the same quality range
take a look http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

If you want you can give me a link to a store where you will be byuing from and i will take a look and reccomend you the best build. But you also need to tell me your budget

every thing but the PSU looks great, I recommend keeping the 6300 leaves you a little room to upgrade to 8350.
and also I've seen alot of people recommending I3's over the FX range and sure a i3 is great and I would gladly recommend an I3 but where I live they tend to be a little extra than there AMD comparatives.

And overall you have a great build and I'm planing to do something almost exactly the same.

The 7950 OC's better than the 270 (or 270x) and is cheaper.
but if you can get a 7970 then I recommend that card, also the R9 270 is a low end card Vs a last gen Mid-range card(7950)

so if you have the option to get a 7950 over a r9 270 do it, but don't get the 270 over the 7950.
