My PC stops suddenly and when I pressed power button just a flick of power light and couple of spins of PSU fan. I had configured that my PSU went die. I left it for couple of days and tried to figure it out if anything shorts or not. And to figure out if any caps went bad. But it seems everything was right. I had shorted Green and Black wire to ON PSU. But there was no Fan spinning and no voltages on RED and Yellow Wires.

Suddenly I Shorted "GREEN WIRE AND RED WIRE" AND PSU FAN STARTED RUNNING LIKE A CHARM. I tested the red wire and yellow wire with Analog Multimeter and those were showed 3.5v and 12v. After that I install my PSU with my PC and it WORKED for 3-5 days without any trouble.

But after that PC again stopped suddenly and I repeated the processes. After touching GREEN AND RED Wire PSU FAN and Voltage again started to work.

Here, I need to know is there any short between Black and RED Wire ???? Or, is it CAPS Problem from Secondary Unit of PSU ????? Should I replace the PSU or Try to repair it ?????? I'm Pretty sure I will not find the actual Low ESR Caps in Market. Most of them are china product and lower quality. My Budget is not also so healthy to get a Corsair PSU at this moment. PLS GIVE ADVISE, Thank you :)))
