Hi i just bought new Asus 290x graphics card and when i try to play like GTA V its running perfect like for 5-10seconds and after that getting huge fps drop from 80fps to 15-30fps for a seconds

Everything seems to be fine with out GPU usage and im not sure about memory clock what is in afk mode still 5000 http://gyazo.com/e0a59cf89e0704228ee7c898ec585eaa
I overclocked the card but reseted everything to default, but i think the problem was before that.
Other specs.
Processor. Intel Core i7 4790K
Cooler. H100i Water cooling + 6fans
Graphics card. R9 Asus 290x
Motherboard. Asus Maximus VII Ranger
SSD. Samsung 840 Pro 256gb
Ram. 16gb Kingston DDR3
OS. Windows 8.1 Pro
Powersupply XFX Core Edition 550W
Pls. any ideas what can be wrong?
