Black Screen with new CPU boot up.

Desktop is Indeacentre kb330b, lower end model with a pentium g630 and a CIH61M motherboard. I got a new CPU a core i3 3250 1155. When I start it up I get a black screen. The fans are turning and there is no beep. I went to website and it said no bios is needed for my model. I have a gtx 750 ti graphics card and a 430w psu.

They didn't know. Do you think it could be a PSU issue because when I start it up the fans are running faster than normal. Also when I turn it off and back on sometimes It starts up loses power then automatically starts up and starts running fast, still with a blank screen and all.

A 750 Ti needs a good quality 400w power supply. You could try a larger power supply as long as the motherboard uses normal connectors and none of that proprietary crap. Does the system have on board video? You could pull the video card and see if you can get a picture that way.
