Im using an Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard. not sure if i could install two different video cards onto this board. My main graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 7770 Series, My extra graphics card is a 7750 Sapphire i believe it's also AMD radeon i'm not quite sure. So my question is it possible to use both of this video card in my motherboard?

Your motherboard has two PCIe x16 slots, so physically it's supported. However, you won't be able to use those cards in crossfire as they are different. You can use them simply as two separate graphics outputs though.

The bigger questions are whether or not your case will accommodate both those cards and whether or not your power supply has the necessary capacity to support two gaming cards or not. What is the model number of your case and power supply?

You would need a 750w PSU to run both the HD 7750 and 7770 in tandem. Your PSU is also NOT a high quality unit judging only from the Cougar branding. Cougar does not sell (They don't make units, just rebrand them and sell them with the Cougar branding) high quality units. They are budget PSU shaped objects.

You would want something at least Tier 3 and preferably Tier 1 or 2 to run those two cards simultaneously as separate cards.
