The HDMI should support up to 4k resolution. Also there is 3 display port ports on the card as well which Support 4k.

So even if you used 3 4k monitors your card will be able to display all of them.

By the way anything over HDMI v1.4 can handle 60hz/4k and also carry sound, and DVI can display 4k at over 60hz as well without sound. Display port Also does both.
