I own an older Intel Quadcore and all components seem to work, brand new PSU everything. The hard drive I'm complaining about is a SSD Momentus XT Series Hybrid Seagate 1TB. This hard drive has been under some really bad conditions pertaining to a lot of heat in the winter season in a small bedroom I use as my office. It's so bad I keep the case open all year round. The conclusion over all I know is to buy a new one..(duh
but I would like to save it since I already wasted time with home pc remedies in the freezer for the drive. It's only 3 years old...like 2 I think. It went through rough times processing video in my editor along with heat. People say that this combination of a hard drive and and a solid state drive in horrendous.
PEEP THE LINK TO THE VIDEO on youtube of my screen blinking Hard Drive Is Not Ready and it's still reading sectors. And am I making it worse by using this third party software (Abstradome Hard Drive Regenerator).
