i3, 4gb, gtx 750ti for next gen games?

I want to play games like Dragon Age Inquisition, The Witcher 3, and Assassin's Creed Unity/Syndicate. Will this PC run the games and other next-gen titles? I am on a budget of 300 pounds approximately so here are the specs I am considering:

i3 4160, 4b ddr3 ram, 500 watt EVGA power supply, GTX 750Ti, LGA 1150 motherboard, Fractal Core 2300 gaming pc case so there is plenty of room for future upgrades.

well, first of all, i think you need 8gb of ram to play most recent games

Definitely upgrade the RAM to 8 GBs. I also doubt that you'll be able to play AC Syndicate.

I don't know what screen res I will be playing at. It was a small monitor I got off Amazon. I don't actually have this PC though as it is just one I am thinking of making. However I will stick with the parts I have for now because of a motherboard issue. Thanks for the advice though and I will probably get 8gb of ram. Cheers!
