Are the Corsair XMS3 ram good quality?

Change the slot tab to 2,3, or 4 (its the only option you can change ) the ram must be in a different slot.
Also post CPU & main board tabs - the BIOS settings are not quite right - I think he's overclocked the fsb to bring the memory upto speed.

At the minute you're running overclocked to 4.2ghz
The bus speed has been upped to bring the ram up to speed - this wasn't really necessary but if temps & stability are fine its nothing to worry about.
That ram is cas 11 ,mine is cas 9 - there's a small performance hit but nothing you're really going to notice.
Its not the way I would set it up personally but not really worth messing with.
