Hey! I need some help with some stuff. Ive recently got a problem with my computer. It's not picking up any "Voice" sounds.

GEAR information:
"Razer Blackshark" (Headphones)
Specs on Headphones:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Sound Specs]

Drivers: 40mm neodymium magnets with copper-clad aluminum voice coil.
Frequency response: 20Hz – 20KHz.
Impedance: 29 O.
Sensitivity @ 1KHz: 105dB ± 3 dB.
Input power: 50mW.
Cable: 1.3m rubber sheathed.
Connector: 3.5 mm audio + mic combined jack.

[Microphone]

Frequency response: 50Hz – 16KHz.
Signal-to-noise ratio: 50dB.
Sensitivity @ 1KHz: -37 dB +/- 4dB.
Pick-up pattern: Unidirectional.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Software / Drivers]
I'm using Razer synapes (Program)
And Realtek HD Audio config.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Other information]
So, my headset has 1 cable that is a "Multi-Jackstick?" Wich goes into a Jackstick splitter.

They are plugged into the MB, i'm using the MSI X99 SLI +.

And i have updated everthing.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Things i have tried]
Controlpanel -> Hardware and Audio/Sound -> Audio/sound -> Microphone, messed with alot of settings.

So what i find wierd is that the jacks on top of my case works but they are not good.

Also i checked BIOS if "Onboard sound" was Enable and it was.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[THE ISSUE / PROBLEM]

1)Friends can hear most of my games/videos but they can't hear me. (Using skype)
And i have checked skype if some settings were "Fucked-up". But no. Everything was as normal and standard.

I have tried using my Headphones on another PC wich worked after i changed the input and all worked fine there. But on my Gaming rig it won't work.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Can this solve it?]

1) Buy a Soundcard?
If so wich one?
i have this one in mind ("ASUS Xonar DGX")

2) Special Software / Setup-program?
Is there ANY Software that can Detect and Solve this problem?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLEASE HELP!.. Thanks for reading my shtting long Post.

Hey, thanks for reading my damn long post :d. But yes, i have tried to "Reset to default". But nothing happends.

I can get my mic to work. But it only lasts for 10 mins or so. It's like when i De-activate the Sound effects like "Noise cancling" and stuff like that. But it goes off again after some time.

Yes, i have updated my drivers.

BUT Would a soundcard Fix it 100% ?

Yes, i have tried that.
But i can get my Sound to work but not the mic, so what i have tried too is by using 2 splitters. like..

Headphones go into a splitter.. One of the Jacks is plugged to front of my case (mic) and then i use another spillter to extend the green jackstick to the back for better audio.
Sounds wierd right?
Works for 10 mins and then it stops.

I think i fixed it..
I had ALOT of Audio drivers installed and active.
One of them was a "Sound board" Driver. I uninstalled that driver and right now it works, i'm gonna see if it last forever tho.
