Hey guys, im planning on getting a gaming headset, i see alot of people buy a seperated sound card..
im planning on getting a pair of HyperX Cloud, and i wanted to know if they will work just fine with my MOBO : MSI Z77A-GD55

It will be good. The only reason you would need to buy a dedicated sound card is if you buy a cheap (and thus) lower quality motherboard. The on board sound on quality motherboards are just fine. Or unless you are a huge audiophile and want the absolute best quality you can get, but to be honest I can't tell the difference between my PC's on board sound and my father in laws 150 dollar dedicated sound card.
