Since about a month ago, my PC uses way too much RAM, i have 8gb of ram, 4GB of ram on graphics cards(so when i run games, most of the ram should be taken care of by graphics card) but the pc uses a TON of ram. i have i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40Hz(8 cores) and GTX 760 OC.
Here is a picture of my Resource monitor, an hour after i turned my pc on, wit only 1 tab of google chrome open, skype, snipping tool and the resource monitor:

I would love if someone can give me an awnser to why i have this problem.
