Is there any noticeable difference between these two PSUs?

the first unit has a split 12v rail. the second has one 40 amp rail. if your going to use a somewhat large gpu that has a large amp load the second one rail unit is better.

Hi - The 1st is 230v input only (not suitable for US), 2nd (the EVGA) has the xtra 6 +12v amps
which is where you need it(CPU,GPU,HDD,etc all draw their current from the +12v rail), so
I'd lean toward the EVGA.
