Back whenever I had windows 7 I remember there used to be a computer rating thing in control panel and now I have windows 8 I miss that (I want to rate my gaming PC). Does anyone know any programs that rate your PC or how to get the rating thing on windows 8? Thanks!

the rating system is known as the Windows Experience Index, and is integrated in Windows 8.1

EDIT: No it is not, they took it out for some reason. Well anyways, if you're trying to rate a Gaming PC you may want to use some benchmarking programs and such, a popular one is 3dmark which is available on Steam
