The title says it all, do I need to buy extra fans and/or thermal paste for my colling system? Thank you!

no you do not, the corsair h100i will come with fans and thermal paste for your radiator, and the computer case itself comes with fans already installed, just plug those into your board or power supply.

Assuming your radiator is blowing out -along with your rear fan- it may be to your advantage to install a bottom fan blowing in, so ...

Front-bottom- IN
Rear-radiator - OUT
Power Supply / DOWN/OUT
(you do not want hot air blowing on your video card)
