Upload to google drive, open sharing options as public, and save as a link. Anyone can click on that link and see the picture.

Go to http://imgur.com/
Upload your image
Over on the right, you'll see something like this
Copy the img tag circled in red in the below image. The BBTag.
Paste that specific tag into your post.
