So the radiator would not screw into the case right, so I ordered a new Corsair H80i. Running just 4 cores on Prime95 Small FFS, my CPU gets to about 93C. I checked to make sure the block was sitting right, and I even cleaned the CPU and cooling block and reapplied paste using the line method, making sure to not use too much. It naturally spreads to the edges, so I did not use too little. Also in HW Monitor, it says my VCORE voltage is 1.776 volts. Isn't it supposed to be under 1.25? This just seems liek way too much. The voltage is set to auto, so what should I manually set it to? Also, when stopping Prime95, the temp drops immediately back down to 35C, so I think the heatsink is working correctly.

That temp is pretty high even for a cpu burner and the vcore is outrageous. Please tone it down or you cpu will fry. Lower the voltage and then have the clock as high as it is stable under that voltage. Really watch those temps!

I'm watching it all the time. The temp is 35C idle which is fine until I figure this out. Why is the vcore so high when it is set on auto? What should I set it to?

I set all the BIOS settings to default. I still have to change my RAM back to 1.6v and 1866MHz. Also, my voltage says 1.078 or so when I start my computer, but after a minute HWMonitor says it jumps to over 1.7 volts. My temperature is below 70C at full load now. What the heck is going on?
