I am on a extremely low budget and would want a $300 dollar gaming pc, no monitor or other equipment other than just the pc. Dont include the software, I will try to obtain it whenever possible. Are there any parts that will fit for me?

These parts come to $328.96 with $20 mail-in rebate. Xbox One is $349.99. PS4 is $399.99. PS4 is probably better and an easier option. However, games will be much cheaper and you can always buy a graphics card later down the road and see much better performance than consoles.

1. What Games, Settings and fps are you expecting?

If you say 1080p and Ultra I will not help you any further, lets be realistic here.

2. Do you have any problems with Used parts? There are lots of stuff 2-3 years old still in warranty and good buys that would make this a nice system.
3. Do you need everything? "Case, power supply, Optical, MB,CPU,GPU,Ram, Hard Drive"

"Micro Center "In Store Pick Up Only"

Notes:

- All major motherboard manufactures have officially confirmed that the G3258 processor can be easily overclocked with a BIOS update on H81/97 B85 chipset based motherboards.
- The Intel G3258 is a budget gaming beast, the best choice for most gamers on tight budget.
- Watch this for - Intel Pentium G3258 + MSI H81M-P33 Overclocking Guide - The Simple Way
- So $367 you get a kickass budget PC that can play all modern games with medium-high graphical fidelity @720p.

(OR) If you want can even swap the R7 260X 2GB with R7 250X 1GB, still a very capable card @720p to play most modern games at low-medium graphical fidelity. And also the 500GB with 250GB hdd.

1. I want to game at around 720p if possible with 25-40 fps, 2013 games at medium. (Example: Bioshock Infinity Med-high, Fallout 3/New Vegas-High, GTA V Low-Medium) (I have a laptop with intel hd 4600 that can run fallout 3 at medium/High settings)

2. I have no problem with used parts.

3. I need everything except the operating system, also optical drive is optional.

4. (Extra) I am planning on upgrading to a higher graphics card later.

Including an optical drive. Later on you can easily pair this processor with GTX 960 or R9 270X/280. Cheers!

I like this choice better than mine if you're planning to upgrade in the future. Just because it's an intel cpu. In all honesty, it doesn't really matter much. GTX 960 is a great card. I have no clue how the G3258 performs as an APU (graphics built in). But neither the A10 or the Pentium will bottleneck the GTX 960 or the R9 270 in the future.

http://www.overclock.net/t/1558917/i5-3570k-asrock-z77-extreme-4-and-xfx-7870

A Few dollars more expensive over Yeskay's R7 250X but Way faster.

Overclocking a G3258 is easy, here is a nice little guide for that chip and Motherboard.

How to overclock intel pentium g3258 on MSI H81M-P33
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2278797/overclock-intel-pentium-g3258-msi-h81m-p33.html

4ghz is about what people get on average with that Combo, that chip with other boards will hit up to 4.8ghz. This is a nice start until you have enough for a I5.
