My computer Specs are as listed. I would just like something a step above what I have for a gfx card. The OEM just doesn't cut it.

Operating System
Windows 8

Processor
The 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7- 4770s

Chipset
Intel® H81

Graphic
NVIDIA® GeForce GTX760 (192 bit OEM) 3GB

Memory
12 GB RAM

Expansion Slots
Not sure

Storage
2TB SATA

Optical Drive
Tray-in Supermulti DVD RW 24X

Audio
SonicMaster
High Definition 8 Channel Audio
Front I/O Ports
1 x 16 -in-1 Card Reader
1 x Headphone
1 x Microphone
2 x USB 2.0
2 x USB 3.0

Back I/O Ports
3 x USB 2.0
1 x HDMI-Out
1 x VGA(D-Sub)-Out
1 x RJ45 LAN
1 x 8 Channel Audio

Card Reader
16-in-1: CF/ Micro Drive/ MS/ MS Duo/ MS Pro/ MS Pro Duo/ SD/ MMC/ MMC4.0/ RS-MMC/ RS-MMC4.0/ SDHC/ MS Micro-M2/ Mini SD/ Micro SD/ Mini MMC

Power Supply
Most likely 500 W because my current gfx card needs minimum of 450W to work

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming of course just to run majority of Triple A titles on mid to high settings.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: NVIDIA® GeForce GTX760 (192 bit OEM) 3GB 500W PSU (Pretty sure on the PSU)

Solution
R9 280 $160's
R9 285 $199
Used 580 GTX $120-$150
960 GTX $212
Non of these are going to be big leaps in performance for you and not really worth the Price tag.

R9 280X $267 $170 used
R9 290 $289 $230 used
R9 290x $289 used $250
970 GTX $300

These will be a Big leap forward, something you will notice. In GPU upgrades you want to go at least 2 tiers above what you have to really notice any difference.

#1 Certainly validate that you're getting a quality 500+ Watt PSU (80+ min Bronze)
#2 none the games you've mention will run smoothly at high resolutions on the GTX 760 (you will need at GTX 970 or higher to get high end smooth 50-60 FPS)

How would I go about validating the quality of my PSU? I think GTX 970 is my best bet. I dont know.

Isn't that basically what I just said? :heink: "You will need to spend more to notice a difference"

I didn't read what you said. I read the OPs post and answered. Still not reading what you said.
