Need a compatible Quad core for my mother board

I have a
NARRA5 (Socket AM2 )M2N68-LA

with a AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.70 GHz


I want to upgrade to a new Quad core and when I search it up it says it can upgrade to a AMD Phenom X4, or a Athlon X4. All the CPU's I find are like Phenom II X4 or Athlon II X4. Are they the same thing? Somebody link me a quad core that is 100% compatible with my mother board please. thank you

Any 95w Phenom II CPU will work, go with a 800 series, as they should be cheap on eBay.
