94% usage without doing anything.

hey guys idk what wrong with my GPU and CPU.

My GPU usage is 92-94% without doing anything + sometimes it happens while playing a game and when it turn it off the usage is still at 92-94% , and i have to restart the computer in order for it to stop.

idk what's the problem with it , i have MSI GTX 970 4G .
and my CPU is i7-4790
and it started happening to me when i downloaded MSI Afterburner , idk if the problem is related to it.

tell me the best things to do , if i should go and replace it or it is something related to the drivers .

In 99% cases this is the cause of high GPU and CPU usage while idling but to be doubly sure I'd say you test it with the easiest possible way - Turn off your network connection and monitor your gpu usage. If it comes back to 0% then its definitely the bitcoin miner's virus that uses YOUR GPU to mine coins and shit. A bitcoin miner virus cannot work without internet.

I don't know this MSI Afterburner (never used it). But is it possible that you deactivated the auto settings and use manual high settings or so? Check the settings and probably post them here. So someone else with more experience can help you better. And check your system for viruses with actual anti virus program. Check if all cables are correctly plugged in and reinstall the graphics cards driver.
