If you get a good 8320 & can keep stock voltage it will overclock aswell as an 8350 but with less power draw & a slightly lower temp.
I run a 8320@4.3ghz on that board with a voltage of 1.332 (stock 8350 voltage is between 1.35-1.37)
If you're overclocking anyway buy an 8320 & spend the saving over the 8350 on a really good cooler.
Up to 4.4ghz a 212 evo or raijintek themis will do the job fine.
On a par or better than the above 990 board for straight overclockin'.
I've had 4.8gh out of an 8320
Bear in mind you won't get above 4.4 without very expensive cooling
what can i get out of an 8350, they are the same chip but with different frequencies, does this mean if i overclock the 8350 to 4.4 and the 8320 to 4.4 the 8320 runs hotter?
