Hello everyone. I want to start by saying that yes, i know there are thousands of threads about this, and i read them all. None of the solutions provided so far have worked at all.

What happens is that when im in any of the VOIP programs (skype, teamspeak, curse voice,...) both my computer output and voice input get played over the mic.

It happens in both the front AND back ports of the PC.
I have a built in sound card so i cant move it around etc.
The audio codecs are updated.
All the other mics, line ins, stereo mixes and other recording stuff is disabled AND muted.

I really need some help since i play a lot of games that require communication but end up annoying my teammates since they hear everything over my pc

EDIT: I am using a VIA High definition sound driver

Having the exact same problem. I have been through countless posts, on here and through google, and also did everything I know how to do about it, and no fix. Same situation, none of these fixes work, it does it in any port, with EVERYTHING disabled other then the exact device i'm using. I've played with sound levels as well, and muting my mic just stops my voice from going through. PC output still goes through while the mic is muted. Tried different headphones, same problem.

Even if I select "listen to this device" all I hear coming back is my own voice through my headphones, nothing else, the other stuff everyone is hearing, comes thorugh my headphones oddly enough, no echo no doubling of sound nothing.

Even tried restoring the PC to a earlier date the first day it happened, i've tried updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, etc etc, this just happened out of the blue and won't go away, been weeks of dealing with this. Most of my friends don't even want to play with me anymore due to how annoying it is, and i can't blame them.
