The R9 270X will run all games medium to high, but if you want ultra, go for the R9 290X or the GTX 980. This build will support Crossfire R9 270X if you want to upgrade in the future. If you do not want to upgrade in the future, then stick with an Antec High Current Gamer 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular power supply.

My Budget Is 500-600$

Change the Motherboard, the one I may get is: Asus B85M

Is there a issue with B85M and Nvidia 740? I saw some YouTube Videos and they ran fine in high (Crysis 3, Far Cry 4 Adv. Warfare?)

Also, I cannot get any other Graphics Card than 660x (too expensive) Gt730, GT740? also The two motherboards available H-81+ and Z97P (too expensive)

So take Youtube videos with a grain of salt. They never tell the whole story. There are a couple factors to consider. When talk about game settings, they usually refer to settings at 1920 x 1080 (1080p). It's possible to achieve more eye candy on lower resolutions but is that really high settings? That's really an opinion. I personally don't feel like it is. A 740 GT will not be able to play any of those games on Medium/High settings on a decent resolution.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade. I'm just trying to help you understand the situation.

I understand, please do not worry to criticize, I understand you are trying to help and I appreciate that.

The issue is I bought a Macbook Pro Retina, which wasted a lot of my money and bootcamp is terrible, so I am trying to cut on money right now.

@manmeetpaul, suggested an AMD Athlon X4 3.7Ghz Quadcore Processor, perhaps I can get this and a GeForce GTX 660.

How would that sound? (keeping the motherboard B85M-G, and everything else the same?)

I am in Turkmenistan, so I am very limited. I'm not going to a different country anytime soon. I think actually, the only option I have here is Intel i5 3.1Ghz.

No matter, how hard you look, you will never find a link to a retailer in Turkmenistan. The shop I went is in a Local mall here, not very famous, but has good items. Currently, they only have Asus GT (730, 740, x660, x970), but since importing items here is difficult, everything is very expensive.

They only have Intel i3, i5, i7 processors,

What is your opinion on Intel i3 and Gaming (GT 740)?

Thanks!

Ok well this is what I'll do. I'll do a conditional IF build. Basically, what I'm posting is what you should shoot for as a minimum (if possible).

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($108.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($69.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card ($114.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec Green 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($47.98 @ Newegg)

Breakdown:
Start out with an i3 and an H97 (if possible). Look for 8GB of 1600 RAM, 500+ HDD, Nvidia 750/750 ti or AMD 260/260x. If possible get a 550 watt PSU that way you can support more powerful GPUs down the road. Buy a DVD drive if necessary and pick a case (I don't pick cases).

Brands:
Motherboards: Asus, ASRock, Gigabyte or MSI
RAM: There's a lot but my favorites are G Skill, PNY, Kingston, Crucial and Corsair
HDD: Meh
GPU: EVGA, Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, Sapphire
PSU: Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Superflower, FSP, Corsair (some), and EVGA (some)
DVD drive: meh.

Edit: That range of parts should get you in Medium performance. If you can get the 660 GTX, I would.

To run these games at medium/high settings you should only upgrade your graphics card. Your CPU/RAM seems sufficient.
I suggest upgrading to GTX 960 or AMD R9 280X (or wait until 300 series comes out)

Okay, here's what I want to compare.

The GTX 750 Ti vs Asus GT 740 (2gb GDDR5)

The one being sold here: Asus GT 740

My question is, this one seems very powerful, but how does it compare to the GTX 750Ti? The only options in the country are GT740, GTX660, GTX960 (almost ~$1000)

Also, a side question,

Does the graphics card have to match the motherboard? Say I get Motherboard: Asus B85M-G, and graphics card GTX660?

Yeah, in order to save money I might have to compromise with 720p GT 740.

But is it upgradeable after (say in 3 years, I buy Titan?)

For the cards you asked for a comparison: 960 GTX > 660 GTX > 750 ti > 740.
The 740 is 6 tiers below the 750 ti in relative performance. No where near the level of the 750 ti. The 750 ti is 1 tier below the 660. It may be difficult to see the performance difference between these two cards, but the 660 should have a slight edge. The 660 is 2 tiers below the 960.

I can find benchmarks for the cards if you want, but I think let's keep the 740 out of this. There's no competition for it.

Graphic cards use PCIe (PCI express) connections. There are multiple revisions. PCIe 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0. They are backwards compatible, meaning you can put a GPU that has native PCIe 3.0 support into a 2.0 slot (or a 2.0 in a 3.0 slot). Forget about PCIe 1.0, you'd be lucky to find a board that has a slot these days.

Some 750 ti GPUs require a PCIe power connector. Others pull power directly from the PCIe port on the motherboard.
